Inspection Fees

Initial Inspection and Consultation Fee of $395 includes:
1. Consultation with client concerning (1) one single problem area (1) hour drive time to and from location and (1) one hour on-site inspection duration.
2. Use of non-invasive, electronic moisture detection instruments as needed to locate and document moisture levels in walls, ceilings, roofing, cabinets, floors, doors windows, decks and other construction materials of concern.
3. Hand-written findings and recommendations for correction. Photos will be provided via text or email.
Additional fees will be charged for the following:
More formal or legal third-party witness evaluations and inspections that require computerized written reports, documented pictures with notations, specialized estimates, mold testing, additional hours while on site, additional drive time.
